The 2025 Toyota GR86 Premium Sport Performance Package may not be the fastest car at Sonoma Raceway, but it remains one of the best platforms for developing driver skill. While helping owner Keith, who some may know as DJ Kaizen, evaluate a new alignment setup, I was reminded why the GR86 continues to be such an effective learning tool despite its familiar front-end limitations. Despite owning a Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, Keith still chooses to track the GR86 because it teaches lessons that faster cars often hide.
