Three icons from one of Honda’s greatest eras — but which one is actually fastest around a track?
In this Track Battle, we’re putting the legendary Honda S2000 up against two of the most celebrated Type Rs ever made: the DC5 Integra Type R and EP3 Civic Type R.
All three represent peak early-2000s Honda in very different ways. The S2000 brings rear-wheel drive, 9,000rpm and one of Honda’s greatest engines. The DC5 Integra Type R was built with the track in mind, while the EP3 Civic Type R became one of the defining hot hatches of its generation.
