Pitting two legendary front-engine, rear-wheel-drive JDM icons from the golden era against each other on a canyon road is pure automotive heaven. On one side, we have the 2005 Honda S2000 AP2 with its high-revving, naturally aspirated F22C engine screaming all the way to an 8,200 RPM redline. On the other, a childhood poster car finally legal in the US under the 25-year import rule: the Nissan Silvia Spec-R S15. This isn’t just any stock S15, though, it’s a 435 wheel horsepower monster running a rebuilt forged motor, a Greddy TD06 turbo kit on E85, and an R34 gearbox.
