スピンターンノブは、サイドブレーキ（パーキングブレーキ）レバー先端のボタンと交換するパーツです。
もともとはジムカーナやドリフトなどでサイドブレーキを素早く操作しやすくするために使われるパーツですが、内部のバネを残して取り付ければ、純正と同じようにボタンを押して解除する通常のサイドブレーキとして使用できます。

In this video, O-hara demonstrates how to replace the factory black plastic handbrake button on an ND Mazda Roadster / MX-5 Miata with an R Magic spin-turn knob.

A spin-turn knob—also known as a handbrake drift button—replaces the release button at the end of the parking-brake lever.
It was originally designed to make quick handbrake operation easier during gymkhana, drifting, and other motorsport activities. When installed without the internal spring, the button can remain depressed for faster handbrake operation.
However, if the factory spring is retained, the handbrake can be operated in the same way as the original system: press the button to release the lever.
This means the R Magic spin-turn knob can also be enjoyed simply as an affordable interior dress-up part, even if you do not participate in motorsport.
Four colors are available:
・Pink
・Red
・Blue
・Silver
You can match the knob to your vehicle’s body color, interior, shift knob, or other accessories. Because the handbrake is frequently touched and clearly visible inside the cabin, this small part can make a surprisingly noticeable difference.
